The charging process at each charging station is different currently in India. In our country, there is no single app to be used for all charging stations. Even all charging service providers are using different apps and different methods for assessing today. Hence till all the charging stations get a single app we need to follow the following steps to get your vehicle charged at any particular charging station.
Step 1: Before charging make sure you use the correct app for that particular charging station.
Step 2: Before starting the charging process make yourself ready with app installation, profile creation, and wallet refill.
Step 3: Look for instructions displayed at or near the charging machines.
Step 4: If you are not able to get the correct app or not able to understand the charging process. Contact customer care instead of trying on your own. This may result in various problems for you as well as charging station operation.
Step 5: After being totally ready with the app and understanding the correct process proceeds with charging.
Step 6: Understand that at some charging stations, you need to first connect the gun and then start charging whereas at some charging stations, you need to first start charging from the app and then connect the gun. Please check the procedure and go ahead with charging.
Step 7: If all instructions are followed correctly the charging must start, if not then please contact customer care. Do not try anything on your own.
